Super 8 By Wyndham Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie Hotel, Pleasant Prairie

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the clean and updated rooms at the hotel. The wood floor in the room was pretty unique for a hotel, and the parking was convenient for full-size vehicles like trucks and vans.

The hotel was modestly priced and clean, offering everything I needed, but there were some issues with the smell in the rooms. The service was accommodating and pleasant, though not perfect. The location was suitable, close to Carthage College, with clean and large rooms. The dining experience was a mix of excellent service and disappointing food options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvements.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond, such as providing donuts upon check-in. The location was convenient and easy to access, despite some noise issues. The dining experience was pleasant overall, offering a good variety for breakfast. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and the towels seemed insufficiently washed.
